In a nutshell, the letter just informs me that I won't be able to study medicine at UQ. Which is nice considering that UMAT results as well as IB results have all be published and finalised...

For the record I think you were rejected from MBBS entry because of the "sub quota" bit i.e they only take like 150 people or something like that and there's lots of dirty overachievers across QLD applying to make their ethnic parents proud.
